Maritime Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Maritime Support Professional to join our team.

This role involves providing exceptional support to our regional sales team, ensuring seamless customer interactions, and identifying new opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Aftermarket Sales Managers to identify and engage with customers and vessels in need of maintenance and overhaul services.
  • Analyzing data to prioritize and propose high-impact opportunities for our sales teams.
  • Preparing comprehensive maintenance planning packs for upcoming overhauls, showcasing the full range of our product portfolio.
  • Project managing and coordinating sales efforts and activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and following up on opportunities, ensuring timely updates in our CRM system.
  • Supporting handovers to delivery organizations and aftermarket projects, including customer meetings and coordination.
  • Contributing to process improvements and maximizing the use of supporting tools and systems, such as Dynamics365.

Requirements:

  • Relevant diploma or equivalent experience in the marine industry.
  • Strong product knowledge specific to the product requirements.
  • A systematic and structured approach, with excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
