Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will have the opportunity to leverage your industry knowledge and network of regional contacts to proactively hunt for new leads and convert them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new clients using online and offline channels, as well as leveraging your current network of contacts to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute an effective sales strategy that ensures a high-quality pipeline and close rate, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Promote and pitch SHIELD at leading industry events, showcasing our innovative technology and risk management solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest market, competitor, and client developments, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies and drive business success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cross-functional collaboration and drive better customer satisfaction, resulting in long-term client relationships and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in enterprise, SaaS, or cyber security sales, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue.
  • Relevant experience covering the LATAM market, with a deep understanding of the region's business landscape and market trends.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience, effectively articulating the value proposition of SHIELD's risk AI platform.
  • Strong demonstrated capability in converting prospects to qualified deals, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • A self-motivated, target-driven individual who enjoys the rush of business development and sales, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving world of risk management and cyber security.
