We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring smooth project deliveries and maintaining accurate records.

  • Data entry, GRN, scanning and filing of documents with accuracy in prices and records
  • Preparing invoices, delivery orders and performing data entries in SAP
  • Answering phone calls and providing customer support
  • Providing project support via Google calendar schedule, Hubble, BOM and generation of QR codes
  • Working closely with warehouse and operation teams to ensure seamless project deliveries
  • Maintaining records for changes and updates on drawings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data management and record-keeping
  • SAP and MS Office proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to multitask within tight deadlines
  • Good organizing ability, meticulous and results-oriented with minimal supervision required
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
