We are seeking a senior-level designer to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles and brand systems.

Job Description

The Senior Design Leader will oversee the development of our visual identity and creative output, ensuring high standards in craft, quality, and brand integrity. This includes driving evolution and adherence of creative materials to the brand's visual identity by owning the design system and providing direction.

The Senior Design Leader will also lead and execute design on high-impact projects that set the creative standard, such as major campaigns and product launches. Additionally, they will partner with senior leadership to ensure design strategy supports business goals by aligning with vision and supporting campaigns.

A key aspect of this role is guiding junior designers to ensure visual consistency and high quality by providing on-brand templates and enforcing best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a senior-level designer or similar role.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing a strong eye for detail, visual quality, and brand-consistent work.
  • Expertise in owning and evolving a brand's visual identity across multiple touchpoints.
  • Strong mentorship skills and ability to set creative standards for a team.
  • Collaborative spirit and experience working with a multidisciplinary creative team.
