**About the Role**
Engage closely with technical and sustainability specialists, internal team members, clients, academic communities, industry partners, consultants, contractors, and third parties to deliver outstanding projects.
As a Senior Interior Designer your role has a blend of design expertise, leadership skills, project management capabilities, and a keen understanding of client needs to deliver exceptional interior design solutions within the context of larger architectural projects.

You will work with Principals, Project Team Leaders, Heads of Design, and Sector Leaders to deliver work class design on Interior Design projects across multiple sectors.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated 5-8 years’ experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of commercial and financial aspects of projects.
- Ability to set and communicate clear standards and expectations, ensuring their fulfillment.
- Exceptional negotiation skills to influence high-level decision-makers.
- Proficiency in managing complex projects involving diverse stakeholders.
- Specialist Expertise:
- Preferred experience in Revit.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite skills.
