Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for architecture, interior architecture, and interior design.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the team leader in their duties by providing support and guidance as needed.
- Develop and present concept proposals using SketchUp, 3D rendering, or traditional drawings methods to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conceptualize and prepare tender detailing to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with the project team to actualize design intent and concept through effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage junior staff/direct reports to provide guidance and support in achieving design excellence.
- Motivate team members to achieve design excellence by fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- A minimum of 9 years of experience in interior design (local or overseas) to demonstrate expertise and knowledge.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in interior design to highlight skills and accomplishments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Autocad, Sketch-up, 3D max, Revit, and Powerpoint to ensure proficiency in industry-standard software.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and productivity.
- A proactive and conscientious team player who can effectively collaborate with others to achieve shared goals.
