HR Business Partner Position

The Human Resources Business Partner role is a key position in our organization, responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives and fostering a culture of employee engagement and development.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner. This role will involve collaborating with senior management to identify and prioritize HR initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall payroll leadership for Singapore, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards. They will also act as a trusted coach, guiding leaders and managers on HR-related matters such as performance management, compensation, benefits, and payroll.

Additionally, the HR Business Partner will analyze HR metrics and data to identify opportunities and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business.
  • Knowledge of Organization: Understanding of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics.
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
  • Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
  • Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques, and processes for gathering and reporting data.
  • Employee Relations: Knowledge of the rights and obligations in the employee relations, adhering to legal requirements when handling employee negotiations.
