  • People Analytics
  • Utilise analytical and visualisation techniques on HR data to generate insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Advance the use of analytics tools and techniques within HR to identify and resolve HR issues.
  • HR Services
  • Partner with HR stakeholders and business units to deliver quality and timely services, ensuring a seamless and positive experience aligned with the employee value proposition, organisational brand, and culture.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, particularly in HR digitalisation or analytics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
  • A team player who is independent, resilient, and resourceful with the ability to tackle HR challenges and engage colleagues using clear and simple language.
  • Experience with Robotics Process Automation and Data Analytics/visualisation.
