Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Omni-Channel Operations Manager to join our growth journey across Southeast Asia.

This role will play a pivotal part in driving e-commerce operations and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless customer experiences and supporting regional business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations including order management, fulfilment, returns, and vendor coordination.
  2. Monitor and report key performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion, etc.) and provide insights for business improvement.
  3. Manage and liaise with external vendors for e-commerce operations, digital marketing campaigns, and website maintenance.
  4. Support content development for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand direction and customer engagement strategies.
  5. Partner with internal teams on merchandising, customer service, finance, and legal matters.
  6. Conduct competitor monitoring and recommend enhancements to optimize customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
  • Team player with creativity, passion, and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop will be an advantage.
