The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, with a proven track record of managing online campaigns, developing content, and overseeing digital marketing strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing online campaigns and implementing digital marketing strategies">
  • Developing and managing content for our e-commerce platforms">
  • Overseeing order management, supply chain, and customer service operations">
  • Coordinating with IT and stakeholders to define requirements and assess feasibility">
  • Monitoring system issues and ensuring smooth operations">

You will also be expected to:

  • Manage online customer experience and handle customer feedback, complaints, and compliments">
  • Manage online admin team and PSA for order fulfillment and operations">
  • Manage store room space and provide system training for new functions and teams">
">

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline">
  • Proven experience in similar roles">
  • Minimum 3 years in a relevant role">
  • Strong e-commerce expertise and marketing skills">
  • Excellent English communication skills">
  • Customer-service oriented with ability to collaborate across departments">
  • Problem-solving and detail-oriented">
  • Good organizational skills">
  • Resourceful with a positive attitude in fast-paced environments">

This is a full-time position with a mid-senior level of seniority. The job function is IT Services and IT Consulting.
