Job Opportunity

A key position has emerged for a seasoned Senior Partnership Manager to spearhead business messaging initiatives in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner Integration & Enablement: Facilitate seamless integration of business messaging products with partners, overseeing enablement efforts, including training, partner inquiries, and resource education.
  • Strategic Growth & GTM Approach: Collaborate with partner managers to develop and execute growth strategies, accelerating business messaging adoption.
  • Critical Issue Resolution: Effectively track and resolve partner escalations by working closely with internal teams.
  • Purposeful Feedback & Insights: Collect and communicate partner feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Actionable Executional Support: Manage sales and program activities, including deal tracking, contracting, and incentives management.
  • Ecosystem Expansion: Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners to expand the business messaging ecosystem.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
  • Fluent Chinese language skills to work with clients/partners in the Greater China Region.
  • 5-7 years of experience in SaaS, cPaaS, enterprise software, or partnership management, preferably with a strong background in partner or customer management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with business messaging platforms and partner ecosystems in the Greater China Region is beneficial.
