Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Bank Staff to fill this role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong customer service mindset.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Calling existing commercial property loan customers for repricing and convincing them to accept our package to maintain portfolio volume and profitability
  • Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulatory property financing guidelines
  • Cross-referring and selling other bank products
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Holder
  • Good interpersonal skills and objection handling
  • Meticulous, well-organized, takes initiative, able to work independently and in a team
  • Good customer service mindset
  • Fast in learning and picking up commercial property knowledge and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of commercial property lending is an asset

Working Arrangements:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Raffles Place, Singapore
