Strategic Development Director

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic planning and development within the organization. This involves leading cross-functional teams to implement strategies, ensuring consistency and synergy of departmental objectives.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with experience in strategic planning, business development, and market analysis. The selected candidate will have excellent communication, EQ, and leadership abilities to collaborate with team members at different levels and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term plans, ensuring alignment with industry trends and market demands.
  • Strategy Progress Monitoring: Monitor strategy progress and advise on directional changes based on market and environmental changes.
  • Business Plan Development: Support Senior Management in developing annual business plans, including KPI/AOP goals and budget plans.
  • Reporting and Updates: Provide regular high-quality reports and updates to Senior Management.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs in the semiconductor OSAT industry, providing strategic advice to management.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or beyond, with experience in semiconductor OSAT industry or related fields; MS/MBA in Business/Finance/Analytics a plus.
  • Professional Experience: 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, BD related to semiconductor industry. Investment Banking knowledge & experience a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with market dynamics, technological trends, and industry standards in semiconductor OSAT industry.
  • Critical Thinking Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of extracting key information from complex environments.
  • Leadership Abilities: Outstanding communication, EQ, and leadership abilities to collaborate with team members at different levels and backgrounds.
  • Project Management Skills: Excellent project management and execution skills, able to work under pressure and achieve goals.
  • Language Proficiency: High Proficiency in English, capable of good business negotiations & communications.
