- Recruitment: Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including sourcing and selecting top talent for key roles within the organisation.">
- Employee Benefits Administration: Ensure that all employee benefits are administered efficiently and effectively, including managing employee data, processing benefits claims and communicating with employees regarding benefits-related matters.">
- Compliance: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.">
- Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and well-being, including organisational development, training and development programs, and other activities that enhance the overall employee experience.">

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.">
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders, managers, and employees at all levels.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.">
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.">
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.">
