**Job Summary**

The Senior Partner Solutions Consultant is a key member of the MyCareersFuture team, responsible for driving technical sales and solutions for our partners in the APAC region.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with Partner Managers, Account Executives, and Field SCs to provide technical expertise and support to our partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners, providing proactive technical guidance and support to drive end-customer satisfaction.
  • Lead partners through sales cycles, assisting them in value-selling and demonstrating the solution to end-customers.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in mid-market/enterprise software sales or technical consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree a plus.
  • Experience mapping RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Call center experience a plus.
  • Experience scoping, managing, and executing customer pilots and Proof of Concepts.
  • Knowledge of web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet business requirements with technical solutions.
  • Outstanding solution scoping abilities, using our existing solution and influencing new product development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple roles.
  • Independent to recognize skill set gaps in partners and design and execute programs for solution sales enablement.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Passion and people skills.
  • Previous consulting experience working with or for Systems Integrators in a sales context.
  • In-depth knowledge of Customer Service Software, ITSM, data warehousing, business intelligence.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and one other language, including Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu, Thai, Tagalog, etc.
