About the Role:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interviews and background checks for new hires
  • Organize induction materials and ensure new employees have necessary documentation
  • Collaborate with executives to facilitate smooth offboarding processes
  • Manage staff card orders and corresponding correspondence
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by preparing birthday vouchers and other activities

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
