We are looking for a **HR Specialist** to join our Human Resources team in Neste Asia Pacific.
Purpose of the job is to support the organisation’s talent acquisition strategy through the recruitment of talent and the development and implementation of various talent acquisition programmes, processes and systems.
**Your part in Neste journey**
Your main responsibilities include
- Develop and implement recruitment and talent acquisition programme in line with best practices.
- Develop, update and implement relevant recruitment policies and procedures in accordance to local and corporate principles and policies.
- Manage recruitment process and system to ensure compliance to with legal and regulatory requirements relating to recruitment and employment
- Participate in projects to enhance recruitment processes effectiveness and efficiency
- Resourcing analytics and reporting to enhance business and operational effectiveness and compliance to corporate and local requirements
- Participate in regulatory surveys and reporting
- Represent HR Department to ensure active and quality participation in various cross-function committees
- Cover HR team members in their absence to ensure continuous HR support to employees
- Participate in safety exercises and help ensure safety first
- Any ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
**Keys to success in this role**
The best combination of experiences, skills and background is
- Degree in HR Management, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in both manufacturing and commercial environment. Experience in a petrochemical or chemical industry would be an advantage
- HR functional competencies in Talent Acquisition.
