**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Position: Temporary Staff**
**Contract: 6 months (Extendable)**
**Location: Harbourfront/Outram, Singapore**
**Salary: $10.50 - $17 per hour**
**Working hours: Mon - Thu (8:30 AM to 6:00 PM), Fri (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM). With an hour lunch break**

**(This is an outsourced role)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in Service Mapping, i.e. to map existing licensees with new licenses in Healthcare Services Act (HCSA)
- Manage queries related to the service mapping exercise via the various communication channels e.g., mailbox, hotlines, service desks
- Assist to prepare communication packages to licensees
- Provide periodic reports on service mapping status and enquiries
- Assist in the development of the new licensing system for Phase 2. This includes
- Assisting with usability studies of system with stakeholders
- Coming out with test scenarios to test functions of the new licensing system
- Conducting User Acceptance Tests (UAT) on functions of new licensing system
- Assist with any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint))
- Basic writing and conversational skills.
