To provide temporary support for maternity leave staff, ensuring continuity of operations and meeting business objectives.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Partial accounting, book-keeping, finance background. Additionally, proficiency in filing sales orders, delivery orders, and sales invoices, including data entry for daily retail sales receipts, issuing credit notes, and bank cash deposits.


Benefits

Calculating designer fees, sales commission payouts/refunds, updating staff leave records, and processing medical reports. Preparing month-end closing for accounts receivable, including contra entries and GST considerations. Monitoring and generating accounts receivable reports, debtor aging reports, and sending statements of accounts to customers.
