Job Title:

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure seamless specimen management. This encompasses the receipt, processing, and distribution of specimens while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.

The Specimen Management Associate will be responsible for opening shipments, conducting quality checks on patient information forms, and escalating any discrepancies or missing data to senior staff members.

This position also involves managing the disposal and recycling of kit shipping supplies, ensuring that specimens are not left in packaging, and coordinating their shipment for long-term storage or client sample disposition.

Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with the receipt of compounds and control material, support after-hour alarms, and perform various administrative duties as required.
