Job Title: Operations Director for Contract Management and Administration
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Director to oversee the management of contracted services across our institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, negotiating, and executing Group Hospitality contracts to ensure a safe and healing hospital environment.
The Operations Director will work closely with various teams to achieve strategic objectives and provide guidance on contract matters. He/She will also deputise the Reporting Officer and cover their duties in their absence.
Responsibilities:
- Contract drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution: Work with ROs, institution leads, and contract managers to develop, negotiate, manage, and maintain Group Hospitality contracts for AH, NUH, NTFGH/JCH, and NUP.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on contract matters to institution leads and contract managers, including training of new contract managers and other employees in contract management practices and procedures.
Vendors' Performance Checking & Validation:
Ensure all services rendered by vendors meet service standards set in KPIs and users' expectations. Validate vendor performance reports using source data. Conduct quarterly checks on accuracy of contract KPIs compiled manually at institutions monthly. Ensure contract checklists are completed when verifying contract and vendor monthly performance. Escalate issues to Institution Lead, Group Hospitality Services if necessary.
Knowledge Management Repository:
Maintain good documentation (e.g., records of all contracts, records, reports, documentation, minutes of meetings with vendors).
Project Management:
Lead or participate in assigned projects and tasks as directed by RO/Head, GH NUHS/GCOO.
