Senior Quality Assurance Director

The Senior Quality Assurance Director plays a vital role in ensuring the manufacturing plant adheres to internal and external quality standards, promoting a culture of excellence through rigorous processes and procedures.

  • Develops, implements, and maintains quality procedures, standards, and specifications that meet customer requirements and regulatory compliance.
  • Reviews and validates customer requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.
  • Collaborates with purchasing teams to establish quality requirements from external suppliers, fostering partnerships that drive mutual growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintains, improves, and expands quality management systems to ensure continued effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Conducts audits and inspections to guarantee adherence to international and national standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Leads initiatives to reduce waste and enhance manufacturing process efficiency, driving continuous improvement and cost savings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in quality management, mechanical engineering, or precision engineering, with relevant certifications and training.
  • Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, and ISO 22301 quality management standards, with expertise in auditing and compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs, with experience in PFMEA, Control Plans, and GR&R methodologies.
Desirable Skills:
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and direct high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
