As part of our expansion to cater for growth, we are hiring for a number of positions in Quality Assurance for our Corporate team based in our Singapore office.

Reporting to the Director of Quality, the **Senior Quality Assurance Associate **will be responsible for the:

- Management and maintenance of external manufacturing organisation quality compliance related to pharmaceutical international guidelines, food, medical device or other relevant guidelines and the business activities in the industry
- Management of internal quality compliance of iNova internal business stakeholders with iNova Quality Management System in Asia Pacific and South Africa
- Assist in managing the quality technical agreements with external manufacturing organisations and critical suppliers/contractors
- Keep up to date with changes in the Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and amend the quality technical agreements
- Maintain the supplier questionnaire and ensure appropriate reviews and recommendations
- Assist in maintaining and implementing the quality risk management process
- Support in annual management review
- Notify and escalate issues related to tasks to Group Quality Audit Manager for potential issues which may risk the business activities. Participate in due diligence checks for new suppliers/ products and support in supplier audit management and management of deviations, changes and complaints.

**Requirements**:

- University/academy degree in a relevant Science discipline
- Knowledge of GMP/ ISO standards, international regulations and industry good practice of a manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Understanding of risk assessment and risk management fundamentals will be an advantage Experience in conducting site audit is preferred.
