**Job Title:** Quality Assurance LeadAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading client quality and compliance activities, including directing resources, setting objectives, and acting as the point of contact for clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client quality and compliance activities, including directing resources and setting objectives.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients and deliver quality tasks directly to the Global QA Director.
  • Manage quality and compliance activities and oversee the compliance aspects of operational activities carried out by our organization at the client site.
  • Perform audits of all 'GxP' services provided by our organization to the client in Singapore.
  • Execute special audits as required by the Group, Chief Operating Officers, or other senior executives to investigate specific issues on behalf of our organization.
  • Assist in the management, development, and continuous improvement of the Global Quality Management System for the client site.
  • Collaborate with the client and our teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions for GxP deficiencies.
  • Influence and coach senior management to ensure robust quality systems are in place.
  • Present quality-related topics to local and group senior management.
  • Conduct investigations and special projects as required by the Global Quality & Compliance Executive.
  • Maintain communication with key personnel.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to Quality and Compliance staff.
  • Conduct site visits to implement quality systems and ensure compliance with regulatory and client expectations.
  • Provide training on GxP and QMS topics to the wider operations team.
  • Advise clients and our organization on any legislative changes that may impact the business.
