Automation Solutions Developer

We are seeking an individual to play a key role in delivering automation solutions that improve efficiency and productivity across business functions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in translating business processes into RPA workflows with clear documentation. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA bots using UiPath or equivalent tools, maintaining and supporting existing automation workflows, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and developers, providing training, demos, and documentation for users and teams adopting automation solutions, continuously exploring ways to optimize and improve automated processes, and staying updated on RPA trends, best practices, and UiPath ecosystem developments. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in RPA development, preferably using UiPath
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to function as a hybrid RPA Developer + Business Analyst, translating business needs into automation solutions
  • Prior experience in documenting business processes and gathering requirements is an advantage
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end automation projects from analysis to deployment
  • Prior experience in Low code platforms will be an added advantage
