Automation Solutions Specialist

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Automation Solutions Specialist to join our team. As an Automation Solutions Specialist, you will work on creating innovative automation solutions based on the UI Path platform. You will design, develop, and manage the deployment of automated processes to optimize business workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design and develop solutions using the RPA platforms, ensuring seamless integration between systems.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts to gather and understand automation requirements, providing technical support and training to end-users on automated processes.
  • Integration: Integrate automation solutions with internal Finance systems and government/vendor portals, managing and prioritizing multiple automation projects.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Test, debug, and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure optimal performance.
  • Documentation: Document automation processes, procedures, and solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • RPA Platforms: Experience in designing and developing solutions using RPA platforms, including UI Path.
  • Automation Technologies: Familiarity with automation technologies and best practices, including data extraction from emails, databases, and documents.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective automation solutions.
