Job Title: Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the purchasing department, you will be responsible for managing daily activities related to sourcing and purchasing of equipment, spare parts, goods, and services.

The successful candidate will have a minimum diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent certifications, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing. A good understanding of supply chain procedures is essential, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily activities related to sourcing and purchasing of equipment, spare parts, goods, and services.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the procurement process to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Supervise purchasing functions and coordinate with relevant teams to meet organizational needs.
  • Source, negotiate, and purchase spare parts, materials, and services from both local and overseas vendors in accordance with the Company's requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent certifications.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
  • Resourceful, self-driven, and proactive, with a positive attitude. Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
