High-Impact Partnership Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Partnership Manager to lead the development and management of merchant and affiliate partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a high-quality merchant network, driving commercial performance, and ensuring the smooth onboarding of deals through cashback vendors and external affiliate platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and secure high-value partnerships with merchants, affiliate networks, and cashback vendors.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of getting offers live - from contract agreement and content collection to final approval and launch.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, ensuring revenue targets and KPIs are met.
  • Liaise with affiliate and cashback platforms to maximize deal inventory and optimize ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring they see sustained value.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful partnership implementation and promotion.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or affiliate marketing.
  • A proven track record in negotiating and managing high-value partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, cashback programs, or e-commerce deal structures.
  • Experience in managing merchant onboarding processes and partnership lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in performance tracking and commercial reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
