Job Title: Data Operations Specialist


We're seeking a skilled Data Operations Specialist to ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality data that supports systematic trading strategies across global markets.

This role involves collaborating with a dedicated team to maintain critical data pipelines and support live trading activities.

You'll provide level 1 support for mission-critical data pipelines, manage day-to-day operations, handle incident management and user communication, develop tools and processes to improve operations, and support complex permission and entitlements operations across multiple systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 support for mission-critical data pipelines
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including validation, cleaning, audits, and reporting
  • Handle incident management and user communication
  • Develop tools, documentation, and processes to improve operations
  • Support complex permission and entitlements operations across multiple systems

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing support or operations role
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, SQL Server, Python, and AWS
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
