Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist

Manage maintenance and repairs for infrastructure components, ensuring they do not impact operations. Analyze past records to identify areas for improvement. Propose new technologies and approaches for repair and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and allocate resources for maintenance works
  • Monitor progress with appointed contractors
  • Command and control the FM team and contractors during maintenance activities
  • Provide technical instructions for work challenges

Execute projects including preparing board papers, presentation decks, purchase requests, justifications, confirming receipt of goods in procurement systems, writing specifications, evaluating vendors' technical competency for projects over $5 million.

Support planning and execution for water grid demands for current and future needs.

Formulate procurement strategies for facilities management, prepare tender specifications, and review tender documents.

Lead green practices and promote sustainability, including energy conservation and waste management programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or Facilities Management, with certification as Senior Fire Safety Manager/Fire Safety Manager preferred.

5-8 years of experience in a similar role, managing projects valued at $10 million or more.

Experience with Greenmark applications and sustainability project management is advantageous.

Service-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
