Assist the Engineer in manning 24 hours DCS plant operation and maintenance
- Carry out routine tests and inspection of plant equipment
- Perform basic troubleshooting for the operation of pumps, chillers and cooling towers
- Perform basic maintenance works of plant equipment and the plant site
- Supervise externally sourced maintenance
- Ensure all maintenance records are documented properly for tracking and ISO purposes
- Assist the Engineer with routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting at customer’s heat exchanger station
- Assist the Engineer in daily, weekly and monthly report submission for monitoring and finance purposes
- Assist the Engineer in performing goods receipt and service entry functions in SAP
- Man the overall security system via the card access system and CCTV monitoring
- Comply with KI’s health and safety work procedures
- Lead plant visitors and contractors (where required)
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possesses at least NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical / Air-conditioning
- Fresh NITEC graduates can be considered, minimum two years of relevant experience preferred
- May consider Assistant Engineer, Maintenance role if have more relevant experiences
- Preferably with hands-on experience with relevant equipment in facility management or process plants
- Experienced in operating computerised BMS
- Strong team-player with good communication skills
- Able to perform shift duty (12-hour rotating shift)
- Willing to cover duty in different locations when required
- Basic awareness in Health, Safety and Environment
- Support RCM operations
