Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the team in achieving divisional objectives, focusing on daily, short-term, and long-term goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Ensure the team's efforts contribute to the overall success of the organization.

  2. Ensure the safety and integrity of the railway infrastructure system by reviewing, planning, monitoring, and implementing all preventive/corrective maintenance works/inspections, ad-hoc projects, asset renewal works as per the asset management plan and annual work plan.

  3. Identify and review safety and reliability concerns of the railway infrastructure system, developing solutions to overcome these challenges.
