We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable IT Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and electrical infrastructure in a high-security environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will monitor and maintain IT systems and electrical equipment, perform routine checks and first-level troubleshooting, log incidents and escalate according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Additionally, they will assist in configuration and maintenance of PCs, printers, and network devices, as well as maintain accurate records of assets and incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with exposure to IT support or electrical maintenance preferred. You must also be responsible, dependable, and able to work under pressure. Immediate availability is preferred, and Singaporeans only are eligible for this position.
