IT Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote seamless operations by effectively managing patching activities and technical upgrades for operating systems, middleware, and databases.
  • Maintain a proactive approach in upgrading servers on time, collaborating with the team if required to achieve this goal.
  • Leverage Linux commands to identify potential issues and optimize system performance.
  • Provide expert advice to the Application team on patches and necessary checks before and after implementation to ensure successful execution.
  • Perform regular SQL queries to monitor database performance post-patching and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years of experience in infrastructure support is essential.
  • Proven expertise in patching activities and technical upgrades for operating systems, middleware, and databases is crucial.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and Linux, along with hands-on experience, is highly valued.
