">The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality moderated content.
We are looking for someone who is proficient in both English and Japanese languages and has experience in data processing and analysis. Additionally, proficiency in office software such as Excel and Word is essential.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring international LIVE content quality, performing thorough data analysis, summarizing findings, providing feedback on problems, and handling necessary escalations.
A key aspect of this role is working closely with other departments to respond promptly to operational needs. This includes participating in developing quality inspection standards and continuously optimizing processes and system platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor international LIVE content quality to ensure first-class moderated content and quality assurance.
- Perform thorough data analysis, summarize findings, provide feedback on problems, and handle necessary escalation; produce a quality inspection report.
- Work closely with other departments to respond promptly to operational needs.
- Participate in developing quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience in content moderation / trust & safety / content quality assurance.
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese languages.
- Proficiency with office software such as Excel and Word.
