Dynamics 365 Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professional to lead the testing efforts for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 upgrade and cloud migration project. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dynamics CRM testing, including UI, functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for Dynamics 365 v9.1.
- Perform thorough functional, regression, and integration testing post-upgrade.
- Validate customizations, workflows, and plugins post-migration.
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and project teams to ensure quality delivery.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools.
Key Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of QA/testing experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Proven experience in testing Dynamics 365 upgrades and cloud migrations.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Azure DevOps, Selenium, and Postman.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Service, and more.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
