Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their architectural and business needs, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts, ensuring that clients can effectively utilize the solutions we deliver.
  • Skill Requirements:
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of gathering technical requirements and proposing solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Ability to work on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365.
  • Proficiency in PCF, Data Verse Configuration, JavaScript, TypeScript, Plugins/Custom Workflows, Power Automate D365 Application Development, and Power Platform.
  • Personal Qualities:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • High-quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering are key responsibilities.
  • Maintain and contribute to technical solutions, best practices, and design/coding guidelines/standards.
