**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions (CRM 2013, 2015, 2016, Dynamics 365 & D365 Online).
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
- Develop custom workflows, JavaScript-based customizations, and.NET Plug-ins.
- Design and generate business reports using SSRS and Power BI.
- Manage and execute data migration using native Dynamics CRM tools and custom processes.
- Register and troubleshoot plug-ins and handle various plugin scenarios.
- Implement and support D365 Marketing for campaign management and customer engagement.
- Build and deploy Azure Web Jobs and Web APIs for background processing and integrations.
- Handle data import/export, manage SFTP integrations, and implement SLIFT encryption when necessary.
- Leverage tools like Akvelon Global Search to enhance user productivity within CRM.
- Work independently to deliver tasks on time while collaborating with cross-functional teams when needed.Stay up to date with Dynamics 365 platform updates and continuously enhance system functionality.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (CRM 2013-2016, Dynamics 365 Online).
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing modules.
- Experience with custom development: JavaScript,.NET plug-ins, and custom workflows.
- Proficient in creating reports using SSRS and Power BI.
- Hands-on experience in data migration, including designing custom data import/export strategies.
- Familiarity with Azure Web Jobs and Web API for backend integration and automation.
- Working knowledge of SFTP tools, SLIFT encryption, and Akvelon Global Search.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and environments.
