Early Childhood Education Leader Position

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for guiding young children in their learning journey. With a focus on play-based learning, we are looking for an experienced educator who can create engaging and stimulating environments that foster creativity and exploration.

Responsibilities include mentoring educators in delivering quality Mandarin lessons, leading curriculum planning, and building partnerships with parents and the community.

  • Mentor educators in delivering high-quality Mandarin lessons.
  • Lead curriculum development and ensure engaging activities.
  • Create safe and stimulating learning environments.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and the community.
  • Work with children aged 18 months to 6 years (Playgroup, Nursery, Kindergarten).
Requirements:
  • ECDA L2 Certification (mandatory).
  • WSQ Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Mandarin or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years' teaching experience in Mandarin preschool classrooms.
  • Experience in mentoring or leading a team is advantageous.
