Early Childhood Education Leader

Our preschool is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead its strategic direction and operational success. As Vice Principal, you will foster a culture of excellence and innovation, driving the growth and development of our young learners.

  • You will contribute to curriculum design and professional development by offering expert guidance and mentoring educators on pedagogy and teaching practices.
  • Ensure the effective use of learning tools and resources, oversee resource management within the center, and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing parent engagement, community outreach, and talent development.
  • Coordinate center-based programs, initiatives, and events, handle various administrative duties, and support smooth center operations.

Qualifications:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE) or a Degree in Early Childhood Education is essential.
  • A Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership (DPL) is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • 3–5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Sound knowledge of ECDA regulations and the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
