Job Title: Early Childhood Education Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team. As a key member of the preschool's leadership team, you will report directly to the Principal and play a central role in shaping the strategic direction and daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ECDA regulations and the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF) as well as excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead efforts to strengthen parent engagement, community partnerships, and talent management.
  • Oversee the efficient use of center resources, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and expense management.
  • Coordinate and execute center-wide programs, events, and initiatives while ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE) or Degree in Early Childhood Education.
  • Diploma in Pre-school Education - Leadership (DPL) is a plus but not required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of ECDA regulations and the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Possionate about child development and early childhood education.
