Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to shape the future of early childhood education.

  • Foster a culture of care and trust by developing frameworks for sustained collaborative partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Manage and enhance Centre operations while adhering to industry regulations, driving operational and programme excellence through strong processes in governance, partnerships, development, curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Develop strategies for growth and improvement, oversee daily Centre operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and community partners.
  • Model the Centre's mission, vision, and values, overseeing the well-being of all staff in the Centre.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education & Diploma in Pre-school Education - Leadership and Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent recognised by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in managing Pre-school Centres preferably in AOP.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience preferably with bigger capacity.
  • Supervisory experience with good communication and customer service skills.
  • Computer literate.
