
Senior Technical Leader for Customer Satisfaction

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Engineering Principal Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and excellence in all aspects of our business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Operations Department to achieve high standards of customer satisfaction through customer excellence.
- Be the technical interface with customers and manage prototyping activities.
- Drive customer satisfaction surveys and improvement plans for customers.
- Oversee overall prototype activities from tapeout, WIP, qualification, till EOL.
- Spearhead customer satisfaction and improvement plans for customers.
- Manage Product Data Base (PDB) as system support, training, and change management.
- Coordinate Order-PDM system with VIS/NXP E-commerce.
- Coordinating reticle management with TSMC EBO on mask making.
- Create and analyze EN/LHN accuracy.
- Coordinate general engineering activities.
- Support weekly meetings and tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong technical expertise in product development and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing prototypes, PDB, and order-PDM systems.
- Familiarity with TSMC EBO and mask making processes.
- Ability to create and analyze EN/LHN accuracy reports.
