We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive positive change in our contact center operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of customer satisfaction metrics, and the ability to motivate teams towards higher performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need to:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service level agreements, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with direct reports to set and achieve metric-based goals, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Maintain ultimate responsibility for team structure, recruiting, onboarding, and training, ensuring seamless succession planning and talent development.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements that support the team's strategy and customer needs, advocating for enhancements that drive business growth.
- Navigate the ever-changing landscape of the business by communicating and managing change effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a related field.
- Excellent understanding of contact center operations, customer satisfaction metrics, and quality programs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with effective facilitation skills in client and staff meetings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
