Project Coordinator - Marine Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day projects in the marine industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and excellent communication skills.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and to a high standard.
  • Liaise with clients, including shipowners, managers, operators, and agents.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project quotations and send them to management for approval.
  • Prepare project costing for job completion settlement with customers.
  • Issue material, tools, and equipment requisitions to the supply department for purchase.
  • Monitor, manage, and coordinate repair teams and subcontractors for job execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Marine Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in marine machinery and equipment.
  • Past experience in a shipyard or working on board a ship is preferred.
