Project Management Opportunity

  • The primary goal of this role is to manage day-to-day projects, including Afloat Repairs, Lifesaving & Fire-Fighting Inspection and offshore projects on Ships/Rigs in Singapore and at Overseas.
  • Collaborate with the head of department to oversee field service operations, focusing on technical, operational and commercial aspects.
  • Develop project quotations and prepare project costing for job completion settlements with clients.
  • Issue material requisitions to the supply department for procurement purposes.
  • Supervise company repair teams and/or subcontractors to ensure timely job execution.
  • Maintain open communication with clients regarding project progress.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma in Marine Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Have experience working with marine machinery and equipment.
  • Preferably have past experience in Shipyard environments or onboard ships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily tasks efficiently and effectively ensuring projects are completed within set timelines.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Prepare accurate project costings and quotations for client review.

Coordinate logistics and procurement activities to support project delivery.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures as necessary.

Ensure all relevant documentation and certificates are prepared and submitted to clients upon project completion.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
