Marine Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to oversee the planning and execution of marine projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of production activities, site operations, and subcontractor work.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with experience in project coordination or similar roles within the marine industry. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
The ideal candidate will be able to take ownership of project deliverables, ensure safety, timely completion, quality standards, and cost-effectiveness are achieved. They will also be able to address and resolve technical or operational issues that may arise during the course of the project.
In this role, you will participate in technical discussions and meetings with clients, vessel owners, contractors, and internal teams to align on requirements and progress. You will also conduct inspections of equipment and materials, attend site tests, and engage in customer-facing reviews where required.
A min Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, or related disciplines) is essential, along with at least 4 years of relevant experience in project coordination or engineering within marine, shipbuilding, or related industries.
