Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our regional community partnerships and market development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our presence in new markets.

You will engage with local partners, schools, and influencers to create resources and capabilities that support regional market penetration. Additionally, you will develop regional publishing strategies for mobile games, including brand promotion, campus activities, platform cooperation, and user growth initiatives.

Your expertise will drive the formulation of overall strategic directions, integration of local resources, and execution of campus engagement initiatives. You will provide deep insights into local cultures from a player's perspective, ensuring the development of localized marketing strategies.

You will leverage data-driven analysis to optimize campaign performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve regional objectives and target audience penetration.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in new markets.
  2. Engage with local partners, schools, and influencers to create resources and capabilities that support regional market penetration.
  3. Develop regional publishing strategies for mobile games, including brand promotion, campus activities, platform cooperation, and user growth initiatives.
  4. Formulate overall strategic directions, integrate local resources, and execute campus engagement initiatives.
  5. Provide deep insights into local cultures from a player's perspective, ensuring the development of localized marketing strategies.

Requirements
  • More than 3 years of experience in publishing, operations, or business development, preferably with market-related or user growth experience.
  • Proficient in operational systems, partnerships, and campus penetration strategies.
  • International experience and a clear, structured communication style are highly valued.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and resource integration capabilities to establish and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and focused on creating 'win-win' partnerships.
  • Data-sensitive with a strong understanding of user needs and fast learning capabilities.
  • Passion for games, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English is required. Multinational study and work experience are highly preferred.
