Job Title: Research Data Specialist, Global Compliance Expertise

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Data Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in research and data analysis, with a strong understanding of compliance regulations.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and updating comprehensive profiles on individuals and entities from specific countries, using publicly available websites and media sources.

Your expertise in data management and analysis will enable you to extract relevant information, ensuring that our database is accurate and up-to-date.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement efficient workflows, leveraging automation tools to streamline processes.

As a Research Data Specialist, you will be based in Singapore and report to a manager within the Risk & Compliance research team.



Responsibilities:
  • Create and update comprehensive profiles on individuals and entities from specific countries.
  • Extract relevant data from publicly available websites and media sources, adhering to compliance guidelines.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows, leveraging automation tools to streamline processes.
  • Maintain and monitor existing automated workflows.
  • Monitor and analyze changes in anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Respond to client inquiries about compliance content.
  • Contribute to other projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
  • Strong knowledge of data management and analysis principles.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and automation software.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Proofreading skills and ability to handle large volumes of information.
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • A reliable and responsible attitude and ability to work autonomously.
  • An openness to different views and appreciation of team diversity.
  • An ability to work well with others.
  • The ability to manage priorities to meet deadlines.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
