Client Relationship Manager

This is a high-profile position within our organization, responsible for overseeing client relationships and ensuring seamless engagement throughout the entire lifecycle.
Key objectives include:
- Establishing strong connections with client stakeholders to drive business growth through renewals and ongoing engagement initiatives.
- Fostering exceptional client satisfaction by proactively analyzing data, providing recommendations, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and engagement strategies to inform activation programs and communications plans.
- Monitoring client data, tracking key metrics, and applying quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in client success, account management, change management, or strategic Human Resources in a medium to large organization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and business acumen are essential.
- Proactive, fast learner, resourceful, and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
